Egg Club — Subscription Terms & Conditions

About these terms These terms govern the Egghey Egg Club recurring subscription (the “Egg Club”). By subscribing, you agree to them. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We’ve kept them plain — if anything’s unclear, message us and we’ll explain.
Part A — Your Subscription

1. What You’re Signing Up For

The Egg Club is a recurring subscription. When you join, you authorise a monthly payment mandate and we deliver eggs to you on a repeating schedule until you pause or cancel. This is an ongoing service, not a one-time purchase.

2. Billing and Payment

  • Your subscription is billed automatically once a month through our payment partner, Curlec (powered by Razorpay). You authorise this mandate when you sign up.
  • The amount shown at checkout is the full monthly price for your chosen plan. You are charged this once per month, on your billing date, until you cancel.
  • Payments continue automatically until you cancel — there is no fixed end date.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it. If it cannot be collected, that month’s deliveries may be paused until payment succeeds.

3. Deliveries

  • Depending on your plan, your monthly eggs arrive in 1, 2, or 4 deliveries that month. You pay once — the additional deliveries in the same month are prepaid and included.
  • We ship on Monday–Friday; your eggs usually arrive within 1–4 working days of shipping.
  • We deliver within West Malaysia. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the parcel.
  • Eggs are fresh and perishable — please refrigerate on arrival.
Your First Box — Same-Day Cut-Off Order before 11:00am on a working day and your first box ships the same day. Order after 11:00am (or on a weekend) and it ships the next working day — so a Friday-afternoon order ships on Monday. Your following boxes then arrive on your chosen weekly schedule.

4. Managing Your Deliveries

From your account (My Account → Egg Club) you can, at any time:

  • Move a box to a later ship day;
  • Set your preferred delivery day (Monday–Friday);
  • Put deliveries on a holiday hold while you’re away;
  • Update your delivery address (applies to that subscription’s upcoming boxes).

Changes to a delivery only move when it ships — they do not stop a payment. To stop a payment, see Section 5 below.

5. Pause and Cancel

From your account (My Account → Egg Club) you can, at any time:

  • Pause — holds your next payment, with no new charges until you resume (which you can do anytime);
  • Cancel — stops all future payments.
Important Pausing or cancelling stops the next charge, but any boxes you have already paid for in the current month will still be delivered. We do not refund or hold back boxes that are already paid for. You will always see how many are left when you pause or cancel.

6. YOLK Points and Vouchers

  • You earn YOLK Points on every box you receive.
  • YOLK Points and discount vouchers/coupons cannot be used on Egg Club subscription products. The subscription is billed at its full plan price by our payment partner, so any points or voucher discount would not reach the actual charge. If you try to apply them at checkout, you will see a message explaining this. You still earn points on every subscription box as normal.
  • You can redeem your YOLK Points on any of our other (non-subscription) products in the shop — just not on Egg Club subscriptions.

7. Refunds, Missed or Damaged Deliveries

  • Because eggs are fresh and perishable, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the month’s deliveries have begun.
  • If a delivery arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us within 24 hours (with a photo where relevant) and we will make it right by compensating you in YOLK Points of equal value (1-to-1).
Part B — General

8. Price Changes

We may change plan prices from time to time. If your plan’s price changes, we will notify you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing cycle. You are free to cancel before then if you do not wish to continue.

9. Your Account and Data

We handle your personal information in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our Privacy Policy. Payment card details are handled securely by Curlec / Razorpay — we do not store your full card details.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and continuing your subscription means you accept the latest version.
