This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how we handle delivery of food and beverage orders placed through www.egghey.com. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is governed by the laws of Malaysia.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver within the service zones listed on the Platform at checkout. Availability may vary by location, time of day, and operational capacity. If your address is outside our delivery zones, the Platform will notify you at checkout.

3. Delivery Hours

Our delivery service operates during the hours published on the Platform. Orders placed outside operating hours will be scheduled for the next available slot. We reserve the right to adjust operating hours at any time, including on public holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout as a guide only and are not guaranteed. They may vary due to order volume, distance, traffic, weather, or third-party logistics availability. Delays do not entitle you to a refund or cancellation of a confirmed order.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery address and displayed at checkout. Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Free-delivery promotions may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Delivery Address and Instructions

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and accessible delivery address. The Company shall not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries from inaccurate information. In such cases:

• No refund will be issued;
• A re-delivery attempt may be arranged at our discretion, subject to an additional fee;
• If re-delivery is not possible, the order will be considered fulfilled and no compensation will be given.

7. Receipt of Delivery

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address at the estimated time. If our personnel cannot reach you, the order may be left at a safe location at the delivery address at their discretion. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or deterioration after the order has been left.

8. Order Verification on Receipt

Please check all items upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported to hello@egghey.com within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Issues reported after 24 hours will not be entertained.

9. Third-Party Delivery Partners

The Company may use third-party logistics providers. We do not guarantee their performance and shall not be liable for delays or mishandling beyond our reasonable control. Personal data shared with delivery partners is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Acts of God, floods, storms, earthquakes, or natural disasters;
• Epidemic, pandemic, or public health emergencies;
• Government restrictions, road closures, or mandatory curfews;
• Civil unrest, strikes, or industrial action.

Monetary refunds will not be provided for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure events.
