Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the egghey.com website (the “Service”) operated by Big Cat Comm Sdn. Bhd.(“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Website

By using this website, you agree that you will not use it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Big Cat Comm Sdn. Bhd. and is protected by copyright laws.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions and pricing at all times. However, we reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, and update product information at any time without prior notice. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email serves as an acknowledgement of your order but does not constitute acceptance. An order is only accepted once payment has been processed and approved. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency you select. Payments will be charged to your chosen payment method automatically. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account on our website.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping and delivery policies are outlined on our Shipping Policy page, which forms a part of these Terms. Delivery times provided are estimates, and we are not liable for any delays caused by our courier partners. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your eggs arrive damaged (e.g., broken), please refer to our FAQ page for instructions. We require a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receipt, and upon verification, we will provide a voucher for a replacement on your next order. We do not offer cash refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Cat Comm Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service or the performance of the products purchased through the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
